Why are some people resilient while others are not? Can resilience be learned? It can often be frustrating helping clients who have suffered devastating life losses and unthinkable adversity. Join international mindfulness teacher and best-selling author Donald Altman in this unique webinar about giving clients a pathway to healing and recovery through effective tools for resilience. These mindfulness-based strategies can be applied to everything from depression and anxiety to grief and other life obstacles.

The tools of psychological hope are the building blocks that make resilience a skill that anyone can learn. This includes techniques such as mental clarity, response flexibility and goal setting that are necessary for organizing thinking and problem solving. Mindful resilience skills also cultivate an attitude of openness, enthusiasm, acceptance and optimism.
